“Feet represent balance, the Earth, and travel, marking the path a person has taken and will take. Therefore, symbolizing free will to go were you want. Cypress trees are a rather well-known symbol of sorrow and sadness. Populating graveyards and cemeteries all across time, these trees signify mourning and despair. Fun fact: The Greeks and Romans called it the ‘mournful tree’. However, like the lilies, the have a brighter meaning. They are meant to ward away the evil spirits.
Knowing the path forward is going to be a challenge for most of us. We long to get on with it, but with some trepidations. Be careful where you tread.”
